Welcome to AI Smart Tutors (the "Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, booking a lesson, buying a course, bootcamp or ebook, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian must create and supervise the account and is responsible for its use. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
The Platform lets learners find tutors, book lessons and access courses, bootcamps, ebooks and other learning content. Tutors and instructors are independent providers who are responsible for their own content, lessons and conduct. We do not guarantee any particular learning result, grade or outcome.
Prices, taxes and fees are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown. A booking or purchase is confirmed only when your payment has been completed successfully.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are explained in our Sales and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Courses, lessons, ebooks, recordings and other materials on the Platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. When you buy or enrol, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning. You must not copy, resell, share, publish or record lessons or materials, or share your account with others, without written permission.
You agree not to: break the law or infringe anyone's rights; harass, abuse or discriminate against tutors, instructors or other learners; share your login or let others use your account; try to bypass payments, access restrictions or security measures; upload harmful code or content; scrape or copy the Platform in bulk; or use the Platform to send spam or misleading information.
If you post reviews, comments or messages, you remain responsible for them and confirm that they are honest and lawful. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on the Platform in connection with our services. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Where a course offers a certificate, it is issued by the Platform when you complete the stated requirements. A certificate shows completion of that course and is not an accredited qualification unless we clearly say so.
We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw features, courses or content at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the Platform, or where the law requires. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as content rights and limits on liability, will continue after your access ends.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Platform after an update, you accept the updated terms.
